NXP's i.MX 6 series of system on chip processors offers customers a scalable multicore platform that includes single-, dual- and quad-core families based on the ARM® Cortex™-A9. The i.MX 6 provides mil-aero customers an efficient power profile architecture that is ideal for very low-power display systems that require sophisticated graphics, such next generation panel-mount and portable avionics devices, cabin control and instrumentation displays.
CoreAVI's support for the i.MX 6 product family includes a suite of OpenGL drivers that are architected to enable optimized graphics support for real time and safety critical operating systems. The software drivers are aligned with latest Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE™) technical standards and are designed to support a wide range of different multicore configurations and multiple secure partitioned environments. 
Designed from ground-up, CoreAVI safety critical OpenGL driver support for the i.MX 6 product family also includes the availability of complete RTCA DO-178C / EUROCAE ED-12C Level A safety critical driver certification evidence.
